Stories connect us to the past, to the future, and to one another. Every bit of fiction has some sort of reality in it because it was written for people, by people. Every bit of non-fiction discloses stories for the very same reason. When one fails to share stories, one fails to grow, and thus, to connect at a heartbeat level with others.
